Coach Floyd leads his high school basketball team, the Cedar Grove Falcons, through each of the rounds of the High School Tournament. Coach Floyd has to deal with many problems along the way. His star athlete Jimmy, wants to quit the basketball team because of family issues. Can Coach Floyd make Jimmy change his mind for the benefit of the team?
This book kept my interest the whole time with its thrilling action of each basketball game the Falcons played, and each time coming down to the wire with seconds left.
