Anna is born into her family only for the single purpose of donating blood, platelets, organs, and more to her ill sister. When do they draw the line? Anna’s family is overwhelmed and concerned with Kate, it seems as though they lose interest in Anna’s well being. Anna has had enough and she takes her parents to court for leagal emancipation, the right to make all of her medical decisions on her own. Will she be forced to donate a kidney to save her sister Kate?
The book was filled with love and suspense. I recommend it anyone wanting to read a great story of family struggle.
