You may see a geisha costume in a Halloween store but who were they really? With this book you can achieve a full understanding of a famous geisha’s road to silk kimonos and her lifestyle who reflects a typical geisha in 1930s and 1940s Japan. After reading this brilliant story you won’t look at that geisha costume the same again.
This book received a five star rating because the author has an unbelievable talent for the use of words and therefore brings the story to life.
